Qualifikationen

• High School diploma with 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification required.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft applications (Outlook, TEAMS, OneDrive).
• Experience with EDMS, Active Directory, SharePoint, and SNOW/ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and user-support skills.

• Document issues in the trouble ticketing system and escalate as needed.
