Job summary

Systems Plus is seeking a senior IT leader to provide technical direction for enterprise servers and collaboration platforms, including SharePoint and SharePoint Online, on-site at Fort Bliss, TX. The role drives secure configuration, cybersecurity compliance, and modernization efforts across the enterprise.

You will lead initiatives ensuring availability, performance, and governance while guiding cross-functional teams through complex IT modernization projects and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant experience.
• IAT II certification and CE: Associate preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership for enterprise servers and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and SharePoint Online.
• Directs secure system configuration and cybersecurity compliance across enterprise infrastructure.
• Leads modernization, system enhancements, and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Ensures system availability, performance optimization and operational continuity.
• Establishes enterprise administration standards and technical governance.
