Systems Plus is seeking a Business Analyst – Level II onsite at Fort Bliss, TX. The role focuses on advising government leadership, driving strategic financial planning, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in acquisition planning, procurement strategy, contract administration, and FAR compliance are required, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalency. Tier 1 background investigation is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
• Experience serving as advisor supporting Government leadership in acquisition planning, procurement strategy, contract administration, and FAR compliance.
• Experience leading financial management, budget execution, lifecycle asset management, and strategic business operations while ensuring compliance with Government financial policies and enterprise governance objectives.
