Job summary

Required: bachelor's degree in information technology or related field and at least four years of IT experience, plus relevant certifications (Citrix, Firewall, SAN, Security+). Strong scripting and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Advanced certificates in Citrix, Firewall, SAN, Cyber security, Network+, Security+; ECSA preferred if assigned to ECSA role.
• Minimum four years as a System Administrator or similar IT role; experience in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage servers and data center infrastructure.
• Lead patching, OS upgrades, and security hardening activities.
• Support and optimize enterprise Exchange environment and storage solutions.
• Collaborate with IS staff, vendors, and security teams to mitigate incidents.
• Create and maintain system architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations and adhere to regulatory requirements.
