Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks an experienced IT System Administrator II to manage the organization7s servers, databases, and cloud infrastructure. You will implement and maintain Windows-based environments, Active Directory, Exchange, and VMware, ensuring security, stability, and performance across multiple clinics.

The role requires 3–5 years of admin experience, Azure/365 certifications, MCSE or equivalent, and the ability to work independently while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years demonstrated System Administrator experience.
• Significant experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with VMware and SQL Server environments.

Aufgaben

• Manage existing technology solutions to ensure performance, availability and patching.
• Install and maintain servers and operating systems; monitor resources.
• Plan capacity and performance; develop documentation and procedures.
• Perform system vulnerability assessments and security risk reviews.
• Provide on-call support and maintain up-to-date system logs and documentation.
