Job summary

Reflexive Concepts seeks a System Administrator (Level 2) to support a high-impact national security mission. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Linux HPC systems, ensuring uptime and security in a demanding environment.

Required: 5+ years of system administration, degree in a related field (or 10 years experience in lieu), TS/SCI with polygraph, and proficiency with Linux distros and scripting. Desirable: expertise in HPC networks and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Linux administration on common distros with troubleshooting focus.
• OS install, file system config and TCP/IP networking basics.
• BASH scripting; software compilation and install.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph (recent within 7 years).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Linux-based HPC systems for mission operations.
• Support sustainment of high-performance computing infrastructure and networks.
• Collaborate with teams using Jira, Confluence and monitoring tooling.

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Administrator to support mission operations sustainment — monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Linux-based high-performance computing systems on a high-impact national security mission.
Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of system administration experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related technical field
  • An additional five (5) years of system administration experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of Ten (10) years

Required:

• Linux administration on RHEL, CentOS, Rocky, SLES, or Ubuntu
• OS install, file system configuration, and TCP/IP networking
• Operating system and application troubleshooting
• BASH scripting; software compilation and install
• Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph (most recent poly within 7 years)

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of HPC architecture and high-speed networks (InfiniBand, Slingshot)
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, Slurm, git, Salt, and Ansible
