Job summary

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team. The role will support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, and manage daily configuration and operation activities across client/server/storage and mobile devices.

Required are ten years of SA experience (or five years extra with a degree), DoD 8570 IAT Level I, and TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph. Proficiency in DevOps and AWS, and strong OS/network skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level I or higher
• Experience with DevOps and AWS
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems; install/load OS software
• Troubleshoot, maintain integrity of, and configure network components; implement OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization; perform system capacity analysis and planning
