Job summary

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Administrator (Level 2) to support a high-impact national security mission by monitoring, troubleshooting, and sustaining Linux-based HPC systems.

Five years of system administration experience is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10 years of equivalent experience. An active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph (within the last 7 years) is also required.

Qualifications

• Five years of system administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, or 10 years total experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience administering Linux on RHEL/CentOS/Rocky/SLES/Ubuntu.
• Strong OS install, file system, and TCP/IP networking skills.
• BASH scripting and software compilation/installation.

Responsibilities

• Support mission operations sustainment by monitoring HPC Linux systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Linux-based HPC environments.
• Install OS, configure file systems, and manage TCP/IP networking.
• Develop and deploy automation with scripting and configuration tools.

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Administrator to support mission operations sustainment — monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Linux-based high-performance computing systems on a high-impact national security mission.
Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of system administration experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related technical field
  • An additional five (5) years of system administration experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of Ten (10) years

Required:

• Linux administration on RHEL, CentOS, Rocky, SLES, or Ubuntu
• OS install, file system configuration, and TCP/IP networking
• Operating system and application troubleshooting
• BASH scripting; software compilation and install
• Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph (most recent poly within 7 years)

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of HPC architecture and high-speed networks (InfiniBand, Slingshot)
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, Slurm, git, Salt, and Ansible
• Strong troubleshooting skills d — comfort with the reality that no two systems are exactly alike
