Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding Americas in Dyersburg, TN is seeking an IT professional to be the point of contact for site technology, network, hardware and software issues, and enhancements. You will isolate, resolve, and follow up with end users within the current information-processing network.

Responsibilities include maximizing plant uptime, deploying SDWAN, Palo Alto firewalls, Veeam backups, GlobalProtect VPN, and Hyper-V to VMware migrations, upgrading system configurations, and supporting site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6–8+ years IT experience in mid to large-cap markets (USD 500M+).
• Specialized skills in M365 administration, AD, Azure, Entra, Intune, Power Automate, SharePoint, networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for site IT issues and enhancements.
• Maintain and administer local networks, servers, and related IT environments.
• Deploy and manage SDWAN, firewalls, backups, VPN, and virtualization.
• Support site migrations, new site acquisitions, and closures.
• Travel to other HEXPOL locations may be required.

Overview

To be the point of contact for application, network, hardware, and software issues and enhancements at the site.This position must be able to isolate, resolve, and follow-up with end-users within the current informationprocessing network.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for plant's Technology satisfaction and maximizing plant uptime
• Must be able to assess requirements for communications and submit them to management for approval
• Must keep abreast of the latest developments in the technological arena
• Responsible for hardware requirements and improving or maximizing the network’s performance
• Manage, maintain, and administer computer networks and related computing environments and support specialIT, business and MES projects
• Administrator, plan and implement many projects including a VeloCloud SDWAN deployment, Palo Altofirewalls, Veeam backups, Global Protect VPN, and Hyper‑V to VMWare conversions
• Work in a downtime sensitive and often remote environment upgrading, replacing, and updating systemconfigurations
• Assist with site migrations, new site acquisitions as well as site closures
• Provide desktop and server support along with support of site IT contacts
• Administer, maintain, and support the telephone systems (Avaya) end users’ technology requirements andcameras systems
• Interact with internal clients to resolve basic help desk issues; communicate with internal clients in aprofessional manner maintaining confidentiality
• Assist in administering and maintaining local server software applications
• Deployment and management of workstations; hardware and software setup, maintenance, and upgrades
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain updates on software and hardware timeclocks, and VPN Connections
• Perform monthly maintenance on servers
• Set up and maintain computer stations and software for all Associates. Help answer troubleshooting calls
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of local server software applications.
• Facilitate technology onboarding for new associates
• Travel to other HEXPOL locations may be required
• Perform any other project/task assigned by Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of education
• Manufacturing floor experience preferred but not required.
• Six (6) to Eight (8) Plus years of working IT Experience in mid to large cap markets (500 M USD or larger)
• Specialized skills in M365 administration, Active Directory, MS Azure, MS Entra, Intune, Power Automate, SharePoint, networking or other infrastructure area
• Must be available for 24-hour support
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong computer/systems skills – MS Office (Excel/Word/Visio/Outlook/Teams)
• Solid organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and manage a broad range of responsibilities
• High degree of concentration, attention to detail, high energy, self‑motivated and self‑reliant
• Ability to interact well with all personality types
• Strong cooperation, collaboration, and team‑building skills
• Effective analytical and problem‑solving skills with an emphasis on continuous improvement
• Personal integrity to handle personal and confidential information
