Job summary

North-South-Consulting-Group is hiring a System Administrator to maintain a secure, reliable IT environment for about 300 users, both on-site and remote. You will manage identities, devices, networks, and security tools across GCC High and corporate tenants, focusing on automation and continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong scripting skills, and experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and security controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in system administration or IT support
• US Citizen
• CompTIA Security+ or the ability to obtain it within 3 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to approximately 300 users and their devices, both on premises and remote
• Manage identities, devices, networks, and security tools across GCC High and commercial tenants
• Automate routine administrative tasks with PowerShell and other scripting languages
• Maintain on-premises network infrastructure, including switches, wireless, and cabling
• Monitor security alerts and logs, and respond to incidents
• Support compliance efforts such as CMMC and NIST SP 800-171, including evidence collection and audit preparation
