Job summary

Radiant is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to own day-to-day systems within Microsoft 365 GCC High at its El Segundo HQ. You’ll craft identity and access automation, manage endpoint and email security, and support the CMMC controls as part of normal duties.

You’ll lead tenant configuration, Entra, Intune, and SaaS/AWS administration, with a focus on compliance, security, and scalable automation in a high-ownership, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in lieu of degree in IT related field.
• 7+ years administering production systems in enterprise environments.
• Deep GCC High tenant administration, Entra, IAM automation, and Intune without Group Policy.
• Experience with email security, Purview, and SaaS/AWS administration.
• Strong networking fundamentals and compliance-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own Microsoft 365 GCC High and tenant configuration end-to-end.
• Lead Entra end-to-end: conditional access and SSO.
• Build IAM automation for joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle.
• Manage Windows/endpoint via Intune, Autopilot, and policy updates.
• Oversee email security, DLP, and Purview labeling/retention for CUI.
• Admin SaaS and AWS workloads and integrations.
• Drive platform projects from idea to production and documentation.
• Contribute to CMMC assessment evidence as part of daily work.
