Job summary

Adecco is partnering with an established manufacturer to hire a hands-on IT Manager to lead infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations in a regulated environment.

This role combines technical ownership with team leadership, supporting secure, reliable systems across cloud and onsite environments. You’ll drive 5+ years of experience in systems administration, Microsoft 365 GCC/GCC High, NIST 800-171/CMMC controls, and Zero Trust, while guiding IT staff and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration and security.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 GCC or GCC High.
• Experience implementing NIST SP 800-171 or CMMC controls.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization, certificate management, firewalls, and Zero Trust.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 government cloud, hybrid identity systems, servers, and virtualization.
• Strengthen network security, access controls, and secure remote connectivity.
• Lead cybersecurity improvements and support CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 compliance.
• Oversee backups, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity.
• Resolve complex technical issues and guide IT staff.
• Maintain system documentation, security policies, and audit readiness.
