Job summary

North South Consulting Group is seeking a System Administrator to keep our IT environment secure, reliable, and running smoothly for about 300 users both on premises and remotely.

You will manage identities, devices, networks, and security tools across Microsoft GCC High and commercial tenants, focusing on automation, problem-solving, and improved processes. This hands-on role requires strong scripting and collaboration with IT teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in system administration or IT support.
• US Citizen.
• CompTIA Security+ or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to approximately 300 users and their devices, both on premises and remote.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, device, and network issues.
• Manage device enrollment, configuration, compliance policies, and application deployment through Microsoft Intune.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and support procedures.
• Administer and support GCC High and commercial Microsoft 365 tenants; manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive settings.
