Job summary

DaBella is seeking an on-site System Administrator in Austin, TX to support our IT infrastructure, ensure system availability, security, and performance while delivering strong end-user support. You will collaborate with IT teammates and vendors to deploy, troubleshoot, optimize, and support technology systems, applying best practices to improve uptime and efficiency.

The role involves designing and implementing enterprise IT infrastructure, managing Windows servers, AD, Azure, and Office 365,

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in systems administration and IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, AD, Azure AD, and Azure.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and enterprise storage.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring security and 24/7 availability.
• Develop and execute business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Manage Windows servers, desktops, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Automate and optimize systems using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
• Monitor and maintain Pulseway and AssetSonar platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and assist end users.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and change management records.
• Lead IT projects and mentor team members.
