Job summary

DSA Inc. is hiring a System Administrator to maintain servers, operating systems, access controls, monitoring, patching, and readiness for secure mission environments.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 5+ years in enterprise IT, DoD/Army experience preferred, and an Active Secret clearance. All hires should have Copilot experience or an approved AI solution, with salary range noted below.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting Windows, Linux, app servers, and cloud production environments.
• Experience with patching, configuration, access controls, monitoring, backups, troubleshooting, incident response.
• CompTIA Security+ and platform certifications (Microsoft, Linux, or AWS).
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and sustain ACWS systems, environments, and platform services.
• Support patching, configuration changes, access management, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, checklists, and support records.
• Coordinate system incidents, outages, performance issues, and maintenance activities.
• Support security compliance, operational readiness, and continuity planning.
