Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience across Windows, Linux, and cloud production environments, with patching, incident response, and security-hardening expertise, plus an active Secret clearance and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/related field.
• 5+ years supporting Windows, Linux, and cloud production environments.
• Experience with patching, configuration, access controls, monitoring, and incident response.
• Active Security clearance (SECRET level or higher).
• Certifications like CompTIA Security+ or platform certs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and sustain ACWS systems, operating environments, and platform services.
• Support patching, configuration changes, access management, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, operational checklists, and support records.
• Coordinate system incidents, outages, performance issues, and maintenance activities.
• Support security compliance, operational readiness, and continuity planning.
