Qualifikationen

• Some college or Associate Degree is required.
• 2-5 years related Helpdesk/IT experience in a technical environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

• Troubleshoot hardware issues as needed.
• Assist with user account setups and onboarding/termination.
• Monitor and respond to alerts to ensure continuous operation of critical systems.
• Provide tier-2 support and collaborate with team on complex issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors for services, orders, and repairs.
• Design and implement SA-related solutions for project needs (network, AD, security).
• Configure daily backups and ensure test restoration capabilities.
