Job summary

Akina, Inc. is seeking a System Administrator 2 to support UNIX, Windows, and AWS environments at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, extensive SA experience, and DoD 8570 IAT Level I+ compliance.

Qualifications

• Ten years of SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required; five years of additional SA experience may substitute.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I+ is required.
• Salary range between $162k-$198k (Annual).

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
• Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and install/load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, and implement OS enhancements.
