Job summary

Akina Inc. is seeking a Senior SA to support IT system implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and carries a salary range of $154,000 to $189,000 per year.

Responsibilities include Tier 1/2 support, incident escalation, and Linux/Unix/Windows system administration. A technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent SA experience is required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelors degree.
• Salary Range: $154k-$189k (Annually)

Responsibilities

• Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
• Configures and manages Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems and installs/loads OS software.
