Qualifications

• Five years of SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Five years of additional SA experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT system issues and provide status to management and customers.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems and dispatch processes.
• Configure and manage Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems and networks.
• Optimize system performance and capacity planning.
