o Provision and optimize virtual machines to meet performance and capacity requirements.

o Support cloud-based services and integrations as needed.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

o Regularly test backups and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

End-User & Technical Support

o Provide Tier 2/3 support to end users and other IT teams.

o Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

o Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and resolutions.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

o Work closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Networking) to optimize systems and workflows.

o Participate in capacity planning, system upgrades, and IT projects.

o Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
