Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to NetSuite specialist, handling user support, issue resolution, and day-to-day administration
• Configure, optimize, and maintain the NetSuite OneWorld environment including approvals, roles, and reports
• Translate business needs from Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes into scalable system solutions
• Manage integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise tools
• Drive testing, deployment, and training for new features and process improvements
• Create and maintain clear documentation and process maps
• Identify opportunities to enhance automation, reporting, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred
