Job summary
ICP Group, a leading coatings and sealants manufacturer, seeks a Director of ERP/WMS Service Delivery in Tampa/Andover to lead service delivery for SYSPRO ERP and TransLution WMS. You will own the live estate, performance, and optimization, partnering with operations and finance to drive efficiency.
The role requires extensive ERP/WMS leadership, a strong service-delivery mindset, and experience with enterprise platforms in a manufacturing setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
- 8+ years in enterprise applications with at least 3 years in service delivery/ERP operations leadership.
- Direct experience running a live ERP environment in manufacturing or distribution is preferred.
- Experience with ERP/WMS architecture, integration patterns, and IT service management disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end service delivery for SYSPRO ERP, TransLution WMS, and integrated systems.
- Establish service levels, response targets, and escalation paths understood by the business.
- Drive down incident volume via root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Own the intake model and routing between service delivery, implementation, and partners.
- Report service performance regularly to CIO and leadership.
