Job summary

Indiana Youth Institute, Inc. seeks a SYPI Program Manager to guide strategic direction for supporting grantees and ensure successful execution of the Strengthening Youth Programs in Indiana initiative.

Reporting to the VP of Special Projects, you will coordinate complex projects, provide technical assistance, and manage program data across the cohort. The role offers a hybrid work environment with regular in-person meetings across Indiana, a salary range of $50,000-$80,000 depending on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• 5-7 years of related youth services, nonprofit, education, philanthropy, or public-sector experience.
• Ability to travel within the state of Indiana (required).
• Experience working with grant-funded initiatives and understanding the balance between compliance, support, and relationship management.
• Ability to build long-term, trusting working relationships with diverse individuals and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the SYPI program for grantees, in partnership with the Vice President of Special Projects.
• Provide technical assistance and build relationships with a large group of SYPI grantees during the grant period.
• Manage program data across the cohort and measure progress against key metrics.
