Job summary

Top Turf LLC / Coastal Synthetic Turf is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing Tampa team. You will meet with residential and commercial leads, assess needs, and propose the best artificial turf solutions to transform outdoor spaces.

You will prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and work to close sales while building lasting customer relationships. A bilingual English/Spanish ability and US work authorization are required for local travel and success.

Qualifications

• Residential and/or commercial sales experience preferred.
• Experience in turf, landscaping, or home improvement related fields is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Valid U.S. work authorization is required.
• Must be able to travel locally to customer appointments.

What You'll Do

• Meet with qualified leads at residential and commercial properties
• Understand each customer's needs and recommend the right artificial turf solution
• Prepare and present proposals
• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales
• Build strong customer relationships and provide an excellent experience from initial consultation through the sale

What We're Looking For

• Residential and/or commercial sales experience preferred
• Experience in artificial turf, landscaping, construction, home improvement, or a related industry is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Valid U.S. work authorization is required
• Ability to travel locally to customer appointments
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Compensation

- Base salary plus sales commissions.
