The hiring range for this role is:

125,870.00 - 176,525.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may be based on factors including, but not limited to, competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

The Senior Data Product Manager supports IT infrastructure, information transmission, reporting, and analytics at Synergie. Responsibilities include managing data infrastructure, making data available, developing solutions for complex information exchanges, and working with stakeholders. The role involves designing data models, building processes, and supporting business objectives related to contract information, drug coding lists, and client documentation.

Key duties include soliciting requirements, managing pipelines, designing data models, leveraging coding languages (e.g., Alteryx, VBA, SQL, Python), updating technical documentation, supporting data processes, facilitating technical discussions, providing technical support, supporting reporting, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize data transfer.

Education: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Experience: 7+ years in analytics, system design, development, and technical architecture, with healthcare data experience preferred. Ability to communicate technical and business info effectively, solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and a self-learner. Advanced degree in data-related field is a plus.
