The hiring range for this role is:

125,870.00 - 176,525.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

The Senior Data Product Manager will be a key resource supporting IT infrastructure, information transmission, reporting, and analytics at Synergie. Responsibilities include managing data infrastructure, making data available, developing solutions for complex information exchanges, and working with stakeholders. The role involves managing data models, processes, and architecture to support business objectives, and working closely with IT and business teams to create data models that support Synergie's mission of lowering medication costs and improving access to care.

• Ownership of technical management and information exchanges related to contract info, drug coding, and decision documentation.
• Solicit business requirements, manage pipeline of needs/enhancements, build and implement solutions.
• Design and implement complex data models for internal systems and reporting.
• Leverage coding languages (e.g., Alteryx, VBA, SQL, Python) to develop data processing pipelines.
• Maintain technical documentation of data sets and IT resources.
• Support internal data processes and technical management of data artifacts.
• Facilitate technical discussions for data feeds and transfer methods.
• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure components.
• Support ad hoc and production reporting aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data transfer processes and architecture.

Education

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

• 7+ years in analytics, system design, development, or technical architecture.
• Ability to communicate technical and business information effectively.
• Experience with healthcare data, claims data, PBM preferred.
• Solution-oriented, creative, self-learner, capable of independent work and leading others.
• Strong technical aptitude, detail-oriented. Advanced degree in data-related field preferred.

Skills

• People management experience is a plus.
