The hiring range for this role is:

125,870.00 - 176,525.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

The Senior Data Product Manager at Synergie will support IT infrastructure, information transmission, reporting, and analytics. Responsibilities include managing data infrastructure, developing solutions for complex information exchanges, and working with stakeholders. The role aims to improve data processes supporting Synergie's mission of lowering medication costs and improving access to care.

Responsibilities include soliciting business requirements, managing data pipelines, designing data models, leveraging coding languages like SQL, Python, VBA, and Alteryx, maintaining technical documentation, supporting data processes, facilitating technical discussions, providing technical support, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize data transfer processes.

Education

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience
