A healthcare analytics firm seeks a Senior Data Product Manager to enhance IT infrastructure and reporting capabilities. The hiring range for this role is:
125,870.00 - 176,525.00This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on several factors including competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs.
This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

The Senior Data Product Manager will support IT infrastructure, information transmission, reporting, and analytics at Synergie. Responsibilities include managing data infrastructure, making data accessible, building capabilities by understanding architecture, and developing new processes to meet business goals. This role involves working closely with IT and business teams to create data models and processes that support Synergie's mission to lower medication costs and improve access to care.
Education
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 7+ years in analytics, system design, development, or technical architecture.
- Experience with healthcare data, claims data, PBM preferred.
- Solution-oriented, creative, self-learner, capable of working independently and leading others.
- Strong technical aptitude, detail-oriented, with an advanced degree in a data-related field preferred.
Skills
- Effective communication of technical and business information.
