The hiring range for this role is:

125,870.00 - 176,525.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may be based on factors including, but not limited to, competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

The Senior Data Product Manager will be a key resource supporting IT infrastructure, information transmission, reporting, and analytics at Synergie. Responsibilities include managing data infrastructure, making data available, developing solutions, designing data models, and working with stakeholders to meet business objectives. This role involves technical management of information exchanges related to contracts, drug coding, and client documentation. Key tasks include soliciting business requirements, building solutions, developing data models, leveraging coding languages like Alteryx, VBA, SQL, Python, maintaining technical documentation, supporting data processes, facilitating technical discussions, providing technical support, supporting reporting, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize data transfer processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
