A leading company in the healthcare sector seeks a Senior Data Product Manager to enhance IT infrastructure and support analytics, contributing to its mission of lowering medication costs. The hiring range for this role is:
125,870.00 - 176,525.00This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs.
This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

The Senior Data Product Manager will be a key resource at Synergie, supporting IT infrastructure, information transmission, reporting, and analytics. Responsibilities include managing data infrastructure, making data available, developing solutions, designing data models, leveraging coding languages like Alteryx, VBA, SQL, Python, and supporting technical documentation and stakeholder collaboration. The role aims to support Synergie's mission to lower medication costs and improve access to care.
Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
Experience required: 7+ years in analytics, system design, development, and technical architecture, with healthcare data experience preferred. Skills include effective communication, solution-oriented thinking, independence, leadership, and technical detail orientation. An advanced degree in a data-related field is a plus.
People Management skills are also valued.
