Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Syndication Coordinator to support the Acquisition & Syndication function. You will coordinate third‑party originated commercial equipment finance transactions from application through funding, serving as primary contact for sources and ensuring efficient workflow.

You will compile credit packages, structure transactions, calculate PV, and communicate decisions and funding status to sources, while maintaining strong relationships and meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance related field and/or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of ten years of credit analysis and/or relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated business development skills with established COI network.
• Good communication skills with ability to influence others and work independently.
• Strong computer and analytical skills are necessary.
• A valid driver's license and travel, including some overnight stays, are required.
• May be eligible for Telecommuting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates third-party originated applications in Salesforce and ensures accuracy of data.
• Compiles, reviews and submits credit packages to internal teams and external funding sources.
• Prepares transaction documentation packages for quality control and processing.
• Structures lease and loan transactions in line with policies and requirements.
• Calculates present value of payment streams to support structuring and pricing.
• Acts as primary day-to-day contact for assigned sources and maintains relationships.
• Communicates credit decisions and funding status updates to sources.
• Submits transactions to funding sources as directed by leadership.
• Coordinates with operations and documentation teams to ensure proper funding and documentation.
• Notifies sales representatives of status updates and decisions.
• Assists in purchase/sale of transactions and portfolios.
• Prepares pipeline reports and monitors SLA adherence.
