Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank seeks a Senior Sales Support Representative for Equipment Group Financing to oversee documentation, closing, and funding of lease/loan transactions. You will collaborate with clients, relationship managers, portfolio managers, asset managers and credit teams to ensure a smooth closing and exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent preferred
• Five years of experience with loan documentation and due diligence
• Knowledge of loan structures, documentation needs, and UCC searches preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
• Telecommuting may be eligible

Responsibilities

• Mentor Sales Support Representatives and train new hires
• Document and review complex lease/loan structures including Municipal transactions over $500,000
• Provide extraordinary client service as part of the Perfect Client Experience
• Meet service levels for internal and external clients
• Manage the transaction documentation and closing process
• Coordinate with client, sales rep and internal teams to ensure compliance
• Prioritize work queues for new lease/loan transactions
• Manage work-in-progress in the closing calendar
• Ensure documents meet credit and asset approval requirements
• Gather due diligence items (KYC, CDD/BO, OFAC, UCC, insurance, titles)
• Confirm payment/wire instructions
• Resolve deficiencies or escalate as needed
• Prepare funding communications for disbursement
• Follow up items promptly
• Participate in department projects and suggest efficiency improvements
