Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance related field
• Ten years of credit analysis and/or relevant industry experience
• Demonstrated business development skills with COI network
• Good communication skills with ability to influence others and work independently
• Strong computer and analytical skills
• Valid driver's license and travel, including some overnight stays
• May be eligible for Telecommuting

Responsibilities

• Receives, reviews, and enters third-party originated applications into Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Compiles, reviews, and submits complete credit packages to internal credit teams and external funding sources
• Prepares transaction documentation packets for quality control, review, and processing
• Structures lease and loan transactions in compliance with internal policies
• Calculates the present value of payment streams to support structuring and pricing
• Serves as primary day-to-day contact for assigned sources and maintains relationships
• Notifies sources of decisions, counteroffers, and funding status updates
