Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in syndicated loans or related areas.
• Experience reviewing credit agreements and related legal docs.
• Ability to meet contractual deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer syndicated and bilateral loan transactions including closings, drawdowns, amendments, and maturities.
• Review credit agreements, amendments, fee letters, and collateral documents.
• Translate contractual terms into operational requirements and servicing records.
• Coordinate funding and cash movements among borrowers and lenders.
• Prepare notices related to interest, principal, fees, and events.
• Calculate interest, fees, and lender allocations; ensure accurate booking on servicing platforms.
• Monitor deadlines, reporting obligations, and outstanding items.
• Serve as primary operational contact for borrowers, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate gaps, funding risks, and control exceptions; maintain transaction evidence.
