Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a QA professional to resolve day-to-day complex problems and lead the design, development, and implementation of processes across multiple sites. You will guide teams, provide technical direction, and partner with business units on critical initiatives.

You will work in an operations setting with knowledge of commercial lending, using LIQ and related tools to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of QA/quality control experience or related analytical work.
  • Experience in a lead support role or as a primary contact for complex issues.
  • Knowledge of commercial lending terminology and processes.
  • Proficient with LIQ (LoanIQ) software.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent loan administration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of complex QA initiatives.
  • Coordinate projects and guide teams on new initiatives.
  • Provide expert direction and training to partners on processes.
  • Build relationships with business partners across Lines of Business.
  • Define responsibilities and accountability for key programs.

Job Description

This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems, researching, and executing complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.

LOB Description
Global Credit Operations

Responsible for the fulfillment, servicing and protection of credit offerings for business banking, Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM), commercial and corporate clients as well as leasing and trade products.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise
  • Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives
  • Advises as a technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction, guidance, and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiatives
  • Builds relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business
  • Manages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key program and projects
Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years of quality assurance, quality control operations, or related experience
  • Experience in a lead support role or point of contact with knowledge of commercial lending or commercial terminology
  • Proficient knowledge with LIQ (LoanIQ)
Desired Qualifications
  • Syndicated loan experience
  • Legal, finance, accounting, or mathematical background
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent loan administration experience
