Job summary

AuraOne, Inc. seeks a Symbolic Algebra Reasoning Reviewer to evaluate evaluation prompts and model outputs against AuraOne's quality rubric, label edge cases, and write structured feedback for retraining.

You will compare paired responses, select the stronger answer with a rationale, and tag hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content using rubric-based tags. This is a remote, independent contractor role with US eligibility; applicants should be able to work asynchronously

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on symbolic algebra reasoning evaluation or adjacent content.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
