Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years wiring electricity/electronics preferred.
• Experience with blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and point-to-point drawings preferred.
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and team-focused.
• Able to perform repetitive work while maintaining quality.
• Good eye-hand coordination; color vision to identify wires.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchgear cabinets, subassemblies, panelboards and systems per drawings or verbal instructions.
• Use standard and specialized tools for industrial automation assembly.
• Learn functionality of common components and their proper use.
• Safely operate tools and machinery in the assembly of products.
• Capable of utilizing highly automated equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external contacts.
• Show understanding of assembly drawings details.
• Comply with all safety work procedures.
