Job summary

Forgent Power Solutions, Inc. is hiring for an electrical assembler in Champlin and Dayton, MN. The role involves wiring complex electrical systems on low to medium voltage and installing components according to wiring diagrams.

You will work a 5am–3:30pm shift, Monday through Thursday, and contribute to continuous improvement with lean manufacturing practices. Candidates should be able to read schematics, have strong hand-eye coordination, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring schematics.

Responsibilities

• Wire various control panel products.
• Install electrical components.
• Interpret electrical schematics/diagrams.
• Cut, strip, crimp and wire per print with accuracy.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with shop staff.
