Job summary

Rexel USA in Houston, TX is seeking a Switchgear Specialist to support Outside sales by growing product exposure and closing opportunities. You will build knowledge about switchgear products, present to customers, and collaborate with teams to meet targets.

Responsibilities include conducting demonstrations, pursuing new business, and sustaining strong supplier relationships while delivering excellent service and accurate information.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in electrical distribution or related industry.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of Rexel's products, their features and benefits, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key customers and leaders.
• Lead and support sales efforts with targets and high-opportunity accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address inquiries and objections promptly.
