NRS, Inc. in Fontana, CA is hiring experienced PART-TIME CDL-A Switchers (Yard Jockeys) to join our team. The Switcher safely moves trailers to and from the warehouse dock to yard locations in a timely manner.

We offer PART-TIME work with 1st & 2nd shift options, home daily, modern equipment, paid orientation and safety training. A clean MVR and ability to pass a DOT drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
• Minimum 1 year Class A driving experience in the last 3 years.
• Must read, write and speak English; DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers to and from the warehouse dock to yard locations.
• Operate yard trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain safety and DOT compliance while performing job duties.

Job Description

National Retail Transportation is hiring experienced PART- TIME CDL-A Switchers (Yard Jockeys) to join our team in Fontana, CA! The Switcher safely moves trailers to and from the warehouse dock to yard locations in a timely manner.

• Pay: $35-36/ per hour
• Average Weekly: 1,000 to $1,100
• 1st & 2nd shift available

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum of 1 year Class A driving experience (or equivalent military driving experience) within the last 3 years
• Must maintain a safety-focused driving history; clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications
• Current DOT physical certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
