National Retail Transportation is seeking dependable CDL-A Switchers to join our North Bergen, NJ team. You will safely move trailers between the dock and yard locations and provide daily reports.

We offer home daily time, first shift, a $22 per hour pay rate, weekends overtime as needed, and modern, well-maintained equipment with comprehensive safety training. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 1 year Class A driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Must meet DOT regulations and have a clean MVR/PSP history if possible.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English for compliance.

• Provide daily reports on trailer movements and activity.

Job Description:

National Retail Transportationis looking for dependable and reliableCDL-A Switchers to join our team in North Bergen, NJ.The role of the switcher is to safely move trailers to and from the warehouse dock to yard locations in a timely and professional manner with daily reports.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum of 1 year Class A driving experience (or equivalent military driving experience) within the last 3 years
• Must maintain a safety-focused driving history; clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications
• Current DOT physical certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
