National Retail Transportation, Inc. is looking for dependable CDL-A Switchers to join our team in Lyndhurst, NJ. The role involves safely moving trailers to and from the warehouse dock to yard locations while ensuring timely completion of daily reports.

Job Description

National Retail Transportation is looking for dependable and reliable CDL-A Switchers to join our team in Lyndhurst, NJ. The role of the switcher is to safely move trailers to and from the warehouse dock to yard locations in a timely and professional manner with daily reports.

What We Offer Our Switchers:

• 1st, 2nd, & 3rd SHIFT’s Available
• Home Time: Home Daily, enjoy a consistent schedule
• Pay: $26 to $27 per hour
• Average Weekly: $1,000 to $1,200
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Paid Orientation & Safety Training

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum of 1 year Class A driving experience (or equivalent military driving experience) within the last 3 years
• Must maintain a safety‑focused driving history; clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations
• Must pass DOT pre‑employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications
• Current DOT physical certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
