Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or materials processing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of Sumter, SC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material for designated area and between areas to meet ship dates.
• Review and update order/material status with supervisors and KanBan expeditors; participate in multi-functional meetings.
• Review orders/docs (drawings, BOM) to ensure proper info and assist with troubleshooting.
• Use Excel, DMM, AS400, and Material Synchronization Spreadsheet to control floor stock.
• Promote a safe, engaged, inclusive culture and escalate issues as needed.
• Process surplus, rejected, and defective material per procedures.
• Attend Tier meetings and monitor required systems (DMM, Enovia, AS400).
• Review production tasks and Kanban-related items, identify past-due parts.
• Act as back-up Team Lead when needed.
