Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Sumter, SC is seeking a SWBD - Wiring Coordinator (1st Shift) to join our manufacturing team and drive key metrics like safety, quality, and productivity.

You will coordinate material flow, review orders, and use MS Excel, DMM, AS400, and MRP/ERP to keep floor stock accurate. Requires 3+ years in manufacturing, strong communication, and Lean knowledge; overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing or materials processing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; no relocation benefit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material for designated area and between areas to meet ship dates.
• Review order status with supervisors and team to support on-time delivery.
• Use Excel, DMM, AS400 to maintain floor stock and records.
• Attend Tier meetings and monitor KanBan, SPSs, and related docs.
• Back-up Team Lead when needed to ensure continuity.
