Job summary

ServiceSource, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Switchboard Operator Assistant Contract Supervisor to support the VA Switchboard’s 24/7 operations.

You will answer calls, route to departments, assist with payroll and scheduling, and act as the voice and ears of the contract supervisor. The role requires high school diploma, strong communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to obtain VA security clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Experience in call center or switchboard settings preferred.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism with veterans and staff.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate departments.
• Support payroll/timecards and scheduling under supervision.
• Act as the voice, eyes, and ears for the contract supervisor.
• Backfill shifts and handle escalated calls as needed.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure 24/7 call center operations.
• Comply with VA security and background check requirements.
