Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must pass VA security clearance and background check.
• Related experience in switchboard/operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and route to appropriate departments.
• Assist with payroll and scheduling under the contract supervisor.
• Act as voice, eyes, and ears for the contract supervisor.
• Coach, train, and ensure quality on scheduled shifts.
• Manage daily call center operations and customer service KPIs.
• Backfill shifts as needed to cover 24/7 operations.
