MM Solutions in Colorado is seeking an experienced Switch Matrix Operations Manager to lead a team of five mechanical engineers and five lab technicians. You will integrate design, assembly, and testing to deliver high-quality RF switch matrices for aerospace and defense applications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary technical team in aerospace/defense settings.
• Strong knowledge of 3D CAD design and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee switch matrices design and layout, ensuring DFM and serviceability.
• Lead five mechanical engineers and five lab technicians in design, assembly, testing.
• Coordinate with integrators and procurement to align schedules and parts.
• Ensure clear communication across project teams during build.
• Set priorities, balance workloads, and provide tools and support.
• Review progress and align production schedules with staffing and materials.
• Foster collaboration between engineering and lab teams for reliable testing.
• Conduct monthly 1-on-1s and annual performance reviews.
