Qualifications

• Experience in labour leasing, staffing operations, HR, recruitment, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labour leasing regulations and staffing industry GAV requirements.
• Proven ability to manage HR operations independently with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support employee onboarding activities for compliance.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation and records.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with external providers.
