LCI-Lawinger Consulting in Osseo, MN is seeking an experienced Swiss CNC Machinist II for weekend night shifts. You will independently set up and run Swiss CNC machines on intermediate complexity jobs, focusing on quality and safety in a clean, air-conditioned shop.

The role requires strong G and M code knowledge for Citizen machines, with macro programming familiarity. You’ll train teammates, track production jobs, and contribute to daily improvements while keeping weekdays free.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CNC Swiss machining; medical manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Independent setup and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong shop math, precision measurement skills, and attention to detail.
• Comfort using computers and production tracking systems.
• High school diploma or GED; machining training or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilités

Swiss CNC Machinist II | Weekend Nights

Osseo Area - Full-time - On-site

$30–$39/hour + quarterly bonus opportunity with a 5% target

Friday–Sunday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.

Work 36 hours. Get paid for 40.

Three nights on. Four nights off. Full-time pay.

Put your Swiss machining skills to work making precision medical components—and keep your weekdays open. We’re looking for an experienced machinist who takes ownership of setups, cares about quality, and helps teammates succeed in a clean, air-conditioned shop.

Your role
